How we handle your information.

Who we are

This site is run by Kloudserv Group USA Inc. ("Kloudserv", "we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, its forms and our booking page.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through forms. When you request a guide, take the readiness scorecard or sign up for updates, we collect what you enter: usually your name, work email, organization and role, and for the scorecard, your answers.
• Booking details. When you book a conversation, we receive your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking form.
• Basic analytics. We collect information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, the page that referred you and general device and browser type. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
• Visitor identification. A tool from our email provider may recognize the organization or business contact behind a visit, using commercially available business data, and tell us which pages were viewed. We use this only to understand which organizations are interested in our work, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information about your members, donors or the people you serve.

Why we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as a guide or your scorecard result.
• To arrange and prepare for a conversation you booked.
• To send the occasional note from Kloudserv that we think is relevant to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our communications. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Email: Google Workspace, Instantly and Resend
• Booking: Calendly
• Analytics and visitor identification: Instantly
• Our contact records: Supabase
• Website hosting: Vercel

How long we keep it

We keep contact and booking details for as long as we have a reason to stay in touch, and delete or anonymize them when that reason ends or when you ask us to. Analytics data is kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction and deletion. You can ask us to correct or delete your information.

Send any of these requests to team@kloudserv.us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honor them.

Cookies

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember things on your device, such as which guides you have already requested or your last scorecard result. Our analytics and booking providers may set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
