About Kloudserv
We plan before we build. Then we stay.
Kloudserv is a Salesforce and practical AI partner for associations and nonprofits. We exist because too many organizations like yours buy a system before anyone has written down what it needs to do, and end up paying for the same discovery twice.
What we believe
Five things we won't compromise on.
They shape every proposal we write and every system we build, for associations and nonprofits alike.
- 01
Plan first.
Nobody should choose a system before they know what they have, what it costs and what each team needs. That is what the Blueprint is for.
- 02
Write it down in plain English.
Every decision, every setting and every change is documented in words your staff can read, not only the person who built it.
- 03
Lock nothing in.
Your system, your documentation and your plan stay yours. If you choose to work with someone else, you take everything with you.
- 04
Recommend what fits, not what we sell.
The Blueprint is vendor-neutral. It weighs every option, including keeping what you have, and any partner can quote from it.
- 05
One clean record before AI.
AI is only as good as the data underneath it. We get the foundation right, then put AI to work where a person still decides.
How we work
Plan, build, run. Each step stands on its own.
You can start with any one of them, and stop after any one of them. Most organizations start with the plan.
The Blueprint
Four to six weeks to know what you have, what to build first and what it will take. A fixed fee, quoted before you commit, and a plan that belongs to you.
About the Blueprint BuildImplementation
One record for every member and donor, built in stages you can fund one at a time, with your team checking each stage before the next begins.
About implementation RunSupport
A certified Salesforce team on call. Every request logged and acknowledged the moment it arrives, picked up the same business day, and visible with its hours in your client portal. A quarterly review.
About supportDocumented as we go
If we left tomorrow, your team would know how it all works.
Every change we make is written up in plain English, next to the reason it was made. It is how a certified Salesforce team works for you without becoming the only people who understand your system.
- What changed, why, and who asked for it
- Written for your staff, not for developers
- Yours to keep, whoever looks after the system next

The person behind it
Sunil Dua leads Kloudserv.
Executive Director and Principal Consultant, Kloudserv
Sunil leads Kloudserv and takes the first conversation with every organization himself. Across more than 80 Salesforce implementations, he has seen that the hardest part of a systems change is rarely the software: it is knowing how the work really happens, deciding in the right order, and leaving the organization able to run what it owns. That is why every engagement starts with a plan, is written down in plain English, and puts AI to work only on data the organization can trust.
