Book a conversation
Thirty minutes about your systems.
Tell us what you run, what's getting in the way and what you're planning. You leave knowing what would help, and if a Blueprint is the right step, the fee and the timeline.
- What we'll cover
Where things stand today
The systems you run, where the same details get typed twice, and what your team works around.
- What we'll cover
What you're planning
A new membership system or CRM, a move to Salesforce, support for what you have, or a first careful use of AI.
- What you leave with
A clear next step
Our honest view of what would help, even if that's not us. If it's a Blueprint, the fee and timeline before you commit.
What to expect
A conversation, not a pitch.
- 01
You pick a time that suits you.
A video call, 30 minutes. You get a calendar invite and a short note on what we'll ask.
- 02
We mostly listen.
About your organization, your systems and the decision in front of you. No slides.
- 03
You get a straight answer.
What we'd do in your position, and whether we're the right people to help.
Who you'll talk to
Sunil leads Kloudserv. Across more than 80 Salesforce implementations, he has seen that the hardest part of a systems change is rarely the software. He will ask about your organization, your systems and the decision in front of you, and tell you plainly what he would do in your position.

Before you book.
Is this a sales call?
It's a working conversation. We ask about your systems and what you're trying to do, and tell you what we'd do in your position. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so, and point you somewhere better if we can.
Who should join from our side?
Whoever is closest to the decision. Often that's the executive director or CEO, with the person who runs membership, development or operations day to day. One person is fine too.
What should we prepare?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of the systems you use and what's getting in the way is plenty. If you'd like a head start, the readiness scorecard takes three minutes and gives us both a shared starting point.
Will we hear about fees?
Yes. If a Blueprint is the right next step, you'll know the fee and timeline by the end of the call. Fees are fixed and quoted before you commit to anything.
Do we need to be on Salesforce already?
No. Many organizations we talk to are not on Salesforce, and some never will be. The conversation is about what you need, whichever system ends up delivering it.
Not ready for a call?
Take the 3-minute readiness scorecard. You see where your systems stand across four areas, straight away.
